Please see below the terms and conditions of FES returns policy.

Please note FES will refund by the same method of payment that was used to purchase the Goods.

If for any reason you want to return goods that were correctly supplied.

Please notify FES returns e-mail returns@f-e-s.co.uk within 28 days of purchasing the goods. You must then return the goods at your own cost. The goods must be in original condition and you must provide either a copy of the invoice or the delivery note. Once we receive the goods back FES will offer a full refund for the value of the goods. Please note FES will not refund carriage charges for correctly delivered goods.

If for any reason you want to return goods that were faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Please notify FES returns e-mail returns@f-e-s.co.uk within 14 days of purchasing the goods. In the e-mail please advise the 3 following bit information; 1) Which goods were faulty or incorrectly supplied 2) Where you would like the goods collected from 3)If you would like a refund or replacement goods sent out.

Please note FES will offer a free courier collection for these goods but please note that the collection of these goods could be between 8am-6pm.

If for any reason you want to return goods that were correctly supplied but are a manufactured or non stock item.

FES will not accept custom manufactured items for returns. This is due to the items supplied being so unique to that customer. Any items ordered in specifically that want to be returned will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
